30-day returns
If you're not completely happy, return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email support@wmzd.cxzw.top with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label where available.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@wmzd.cxzw.top within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
